I know you will be surprised after seeing the title of the article, “what is your religion.”Yes, it’s bizarre to ask the question. It is something off or out of mind.
But I want to ask again, what is your religion? I know some people will answer that their religion is Judaism, Christianity, Islam, Hinduism, etc.
Religion
It means faith and beliefs in a god or a particular culture. As per my study, there are 10,000 distinct religions worldwide, and 84% of the world’s populations are affiliated with Christianity, Islam, Hinduism, Buddhism, or some form of folk religion.
We have been told anything or not but we have been told since our birth about our religion, Beliefs, our culture, and our limits even who is our god or which fast we should keep or which book we must-read.
Even who is our god or which fast we should keep or which book we must-read?
Let me clear it more –
We have told since our childhood either we will read Bhagavata Gita or Quran.
Either we will worship Krishna, shiva, Allah, or others.
And it is right because it is our right to know our identity. But Don’t you think that we need to learn humanity and the real meaning of religions, culture, and worship first?
What is your religion-
The answer should be I am a human being first, and later on, It can be categorized. I also believe in religion, culture, and God. Even I am the devotee of Lord Krishna. And I respect everyone’s religion.
So tell me, What if people are dying in the name of religion.
And they are fighting to show that their ‘religion’ is superior to others. And some people getting misguide on the name of religion.
Religion
Let me brief you because of these religions, heinous incidents take place.
Riot –
Anytime, anyone can make us fight in the name of caste and religion. People get murdered and, no one thinks twice that they are fighting with a person who is a human being too. Nobody is born with a cast and religion but we tag them with a specific one.
Among the largest incidents were the Great Calcutta killings in 1946, Bihar and Garmukhteshwar in 1946 after the Noakhali riot in East Bengal, the massacre of Muslims in Jammu in 1947, Gujrat riots, and many more. A few days back because of a hated social media post-Bengaluru riots took place.

-बशीर बद्र-
Mob lynching-
I hope you did not forget the Palghar mob lynching of two saints along with the driver. There was also a religious angle in this. As per the reports, a Christian missionary was behind this heinous crime because their main agenda was to promote their religion.
And it’s not about Palghar only. How many people have lynched because of rumors of beef? Who has given the right to take the life of a person?
Politics –
And these So-called politicians they used people in the name of religions and cast. Is it their mistake? No, it’s ours we allow them to play with our emotions.
And why we have prioritized our ‘religion’ more than anything. I believe If we try to become a human being first then nobody ever gets the chance to use us.
Hate-
We do not respect other religions or cast because we have categorized the ‘cast and religion’ among minor, superior, and more superior. Why so everyone is equal. We should respect each other cast, religions, and God.
So, what is your religion?
Before anything, I am a human being, and you?
So, I think we all need to be a human being before becoming a religious person. What does it take to be a nice person or be a human being?
We all get a life. And it’s our responsibility to live a worthwhile one, and Why we can’t live together without spreading hate and without criticizing anyone.
Until we will live a life bounded with religion, without knowing the real meaning of it. Till then these riots, mob lynching will take place, and do not forget that one day your house can also be burn.

I am not saying that does not believe in religion or our culture, but before be a human being. Ask others to be the same and do not spread hate and rumors and instead try to spread love.
Whatever you have one day, everything will be left here only.
How did you live your life, it is the only thing that will go with you.

We have heared ever from our childhood that there is 33 crores devi~devtas are there in hindu mythology but do we actually know who they are, even we don’t know the names of them, just because on the name of religion we are following a blind path to satisfy ourself only… God never created a religion… Some decades back if u have assumed so India’s population was 33 crore and I am talking about the time where the crime rate, hates in heart was too less, those people were considered as devi~devtas , so we also can get the same quality in ourself too which will makes us a good human being, then might be our God, Allah, waheguru ,jesus e.t.c would be happy to have us as there followers instead of just chanting there names like a parrot.

There is no room for ambiguity in this that we should follow HUMANITY first as being human first and then religion as this was introduced to us later. But, the Important thing is that we don’t need to follow any religion if something you wants to follow then follow SPRITUALITY🙏🌸🌸
