2-The power to receive
The power to receive is more important than the power to give. It’s important for those who give and then see that their giving has made no difference.
One has to be blessed to receive.
As an example, parents of 3 raise them in a comparable manner, yet the three children grow up to be very different people in their lives.
One may become rich. one is poor but willing to help. And the other leads the life of the principal.
So the input from the parents was the same but the output is different.
So the power is not in the giving it depends on the hand that receives. Simply it depends on the capability of receiving.
3-To get, you must first give

People who give, are the people who get.
If you wanna get something you should learn to give. This works for every walks of life.
4-Connect with people
As human beings, we feel even before we think. The people who connect with us at the level of our feeling build memorable associations.
It is our empathy that helps us connect with people. For a leader connecting with their peoples is a must. So in case of any crucial decision, their people can believe in them and support them in their decision.
As you have seen a lot of brilliant people who didn’t make any big difference in their life and average people are on the top, So here is the need for connection.
5-The power of resilience
When we look around and see great people in the positions of organizational leadership and then compare them with their junior, you can find them more intelligent. But the leader outshines them in resilence.
In business and life, you come across numerous moments when you feel everything is against you and life is coming to the end.
And a prophet of doom will provide you convincing data that why you should leave.
In this situation, just hang in there.
6-The key to happiness is not money
Money is a number and numbers never end. If it takes money to be happy then your search for happiness will never end.

Do not think that money can buy happiness for you. Money can fulfill your materialistic desire but the people arround make your life more happy and memorable. But that does not mean that you should give up the desire to earn. Remember the day when you get the high pay raise. How long did that happiness last?
Money is important in life but not the source of any lasting happiness.
Do not waste your time or life (In the myth: that you will live a life when you will become rich or will earn more).

7-Look beyond yourself
Go kiss the world is about looking beyond yourself. Selfishness makes people just look into themselves, but we need to look beyond ourselves and our problems.
If we ask god about our sorrow or problem that why he choose us for this. So we should also ask him about all the good things that he has given.
Learn that your pain is only large as your inability to see pain elsewhere.
8- The Real man says sorry
As we grow up, from time to time we make mistakes. We hurt other’s feelings. In most instances, the hurt caused is unintended. But nonetheless, for the person who feels pain, it is real.
When we realize we hurt someone, we spent an enormous amount of time explaining the people.
But the best way is to say that “I am sorry”.
It opens the door head to heart.
9-learn to forgive yourself
The more grudges we hold in our minds against our loved ones, mentors, friends who hurt us many years ago. It affects us in a depply personal manner.
In life, one must learn to forgive others and, sometimes, forgive oneself.
10-Self doubt is positive |Go kiss the world
There will be moments when you question the meaning of life and the existence of god. It happens with everyone you are not the only one.
People who create great impact suffer from moments of great soul searching.
From the depth of our self-doubt we learn to let go; from that emerges a conviction and from it comes the capability to ‘go kiss the world’.
