Three-man including two saint Kalpavriksha Giri Maharaj, Sushil Giri Maharaj in Maharashtra succumbed to mob lynching. This incident took place when two saints and their driver was on the way to Surat in Gujrat.
They were going to attend the funeral of their companion when Palghar mob lynching took place. This news shocked me and compelled me to think that someone’s life is that much short that anybody, anywhere can take someone’s life. First, it is important to understand that –
What is mob lynching
Mob– Terms refer to an angry crowd that has had more than one person.
Lynch – When a crowd lynches someone because they thought that person has done something wrong.
Mob lynching – It is a crime in which crowd of some violent people lynches someone because they thought that person has done something wrong, Without having a single thought they take the law into their own hand and it gives rise to a terrible crime.
What has exactly happened in Palghar mob lynching
Two saints of Juna akhara along with the driver was going to surat in Gujarat to attend the funeral of their companion by car. Then in a village in Palghar, the villagers deemed them dacoit and beat them to death.
The trio took off from a Maruti Eco car Surat from Kandivali area in Mumbai, where their partner has died. Both sages were to perform his last rites.
When their car reached the Maharashtra-Gujarat border,
police stopped them and sent them back. After this, the three decided to travel through the forested path.
Rumors
Meanwhile, some rumors were spreading in many villages of Palghar district that because of the lockdown, a criminal is committing the robbery. Kidnapping people and taking out their kidneys.
Because of this rumor, the villagers attacked them without thinking about anything and overturned the car.
The incident was reported to the police
The 15 policemen reached there and try to put these three in their car but the mob attacked them and beat them badly. In a video related to the incident that has been viral on social media, I have seen sage hold the hand of a policeman in that hope that they will save him from this crazy crowd but the policeman was kept watching the spectacle. They did not try and left them to die and as a result, the mob beat them to death.
How they decided on behalf of rumors that they are the victim and who the hell, gave them permission to kill those innocent people.
I don’t know the reason why all those policemen were standing there. Either they were scared or they were also part of the conspiracy.
I am not criticizing anyone, but these policemen didn’t play their duty.
I only know that –
“It is the job of a protector. Protecting the individual who has come to their shelter.”
According to the law, “A policeman can take any action to protect a person from mob lynching”.
But in Palghar mob lynching, these policemen didn’t even fire a single round in the air. They didn’t show any potential and intention to save those innocent people.
Who was saint Kalpavriksha Giri
Kalpavriksha Maharaj who has the victim of Palghar mob lynching belonged to Vedpur village in Uttar Pradesh’s Bhadohi district. His childhood name was Krishnachand Tiwari and his father’s name was Chintamani Tiwari.
He decided to become a saint when he was in class three and he left Uttar Pradesh to come to Nashik where he learned Vedas and Puranas and became a monk.
Kalpavriksha Maharaj was a regular visitor at the Vanvasi Temple in Mumbai’s Jogeshwari. He also used to visit Pimpleshwar Mandir in Kandivali to meet Sushil iIri, the other saint who was also
lynched by the mob in Palghar.
No one knows the reality that exactly what has happened with our saints. Did they really become part of the rumors? or there was a conspiracy behind the incident.
Is there a political conspiracy behind Palghar mob lynching
Theory – 1
Political parties used to give alcohol for the votes and other activities to those tribal. Our saint tried to educate them about all bad and good things. So this can also the reason behind this incident that they vanished their bran and they inflamed those tribal against sages and those saints fell prey to it.
Theory – 2
Christian Missionary is very active in these villages and they tried to change the religion of these people as they are tribal but after that Hindu organization came into light and they tried to make them understand. As a result there are lots of differences between both and our innocent saints fell prey to it
According to local residents
The local residents of the area said that the tribals living in Palghar had never assaulted any sadhu in the past, in fact, the sadhus are accorded a lot of respect by the tribals.
As per those residents, there were a lot of people who were washing the brains of those tribals.
Even it is also clear that they were some politicals person were present at that time.
As per the police statement, they bring the local leader so he can help them to stop the crowd. But in the video that leader was doing nothing. Later that local leader gave the statement that He was not able to stop the mob. But video saying the different story.
Buy the reality is that our saint is not more. They fell prey to the mob. Even if we believe in all the above theories.
I need justice for my sages, We need justice for our saint.
Even if someone has vanished your mind or someone has forced you, you still do not have the right to kill someone.
I am really amazed that no one is talking about this.
Our so-called media Chanel do not interested in showing the truth except some. They were talking about Tablighi Jamaat while Tablighi Jamaat activity was the worst coronavirus vector in India. But they are silent here.
Do you not feel angry?
These politicians and celebrities went to JNU and support those disloyal people. Look now nobody is speaking, nobody is speaking about the truth.
They said India is no safer to live. But now they are not saying a single word. Because this mater is about our innocent saint. They will not get any benefit by raising their voice.
As per the news, Indian police have arrested 110 people and suspended two police officers but I know the justice actually, we know the justice –
Either they will leave all those culprits or they will be sentenced to the jail of some years and again we will read the story of another mob lynching.
On the name of justice
On the name of justice, the main culprit of Nirbhaya is roaming outside because he was juvenile and the report suggests that the juvenile was ‘one of the most brutal’ among all the accused. He served three years in a reformation home and was released.
They hang 4 people after 7 years and one is roaming outside, no its not justice for me. The truth is that The girl had died and on the name of justice these people have hurt her soul for 7 years and we call it justice.
They will not say a single word. They will not speak about it.
But we need to speak it out. We need justice for our saint. Let’s unite together.

Every single person needs to be punished either it is tribal, juvenile, all those policemen who handed over these people into the hands of a mob and allowed them to take the law into their hands, or anyone from political parties
